30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with a collection you bought, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying it, no reason needed. This applies even though the files are digital and delivered right away.
How to ask for a refund
Email pairings@digitalartsyhut.com from the address you bought with, with your order number (it starts with PP-, and is in your purchase email). You can also use the link in Paddle's receipt email. Because Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record, refunds are paid by Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within a few days and at most 14 days; see Paddle's refund policy.
After a refund
The collection's downloads close and its licence ends, so please stop using files you downloaded from it.
Your legal right of withdrawal (EU, EEA and UK)
Your purchase contract is with Paddle, and Paddle's checkout is where, before your files are made available, you agree that digital content is supplied immediately and that this affects your statutory right of withdrawal (see Paddle's buyer terms). Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to that, and to anything Paddle offers; whichever gives you more applies. Nothing here limits rights you have under the law of your country that can't be waived.
